The Orbit GEO SP3 text file is a daily product.
This file contains CASSIOPE position and velocity data in the International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF) geographic Cartesian coordinate system, formatted in the National Geodetic Survey (NGS) SP3 (Standard Product # 3) format.
Time (YYYY MM DD HH MM SS.SSSSSSSS), position [x(km) y(km) z(km)] and velocity [x(dm/s) y(dm/s) z(dm/s)] data begins on line 23 through 25 inclusive and repeats on the following lines in one second cadence. All times in the SP3 files are GPS times, which are offset from UTC.
