Swarm Conjunction CSV File

The Swarm Conjunction CSV file is a full mission CSV file that is regenerated daily. Each row represents a conjunction of Cassiope/e-POP (a.k.a. Swarm-E) with Swarm-A, B, or C. Each conjunction has a start time and end time, with the Swarm satellite that is in conjunction with Swarm-E specified, and a column for each e-POP instrument describing if it is on or off.
